But now they're taking their support one step further, setting up a website to recognise the work of the two charities they support - the RFDS and Mercy Care. The website, which went live yesterday, gives people the chance to vote for the charity they think is most deserving of Medtronic's funds. Medtronic have pledged $20,000 to be divided between the two charities - but the actual split of money is up to all of us!

So, to have your say in who Medtronic should give their funds to, log on to www.medtronicgiving.com.au/giving and vote. Each vote is worth $1 to the RFDS, but costs you nothing. So log on now and cast your vote for the Flying Doctor - your vote can make a difference!
